Domestic:
The shipping is free of charge for orders over 100€ to Germany, for other cases, there is a a flat rate of € 4.99 up to 10 kg. A minimum order value does not exist.
Pickup in Cologne:
Alternatively, you can collect your prepared order free of charge from our natural cosmetics store Herbstzeitlose, Landmannstrasse 14, 50825 Cologne.
Foreign Countries:
Shipping to the countries listed below is possible. For shipping abroad we charge a flat rate of € 16.99 up to 5 kg.
Austria, Belgium, Denmark (including Faroe Islands and Greenland), France, Great Britain, Italy, Netherlands, Spain (including Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)
Worldwide shipping to other countries, please inquire separately. You can find information on delivery times abroad at www.dhl.de.
Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and / or customs duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties may apply that you have to bear.

Delivery times
Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a weekend or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
